General Problems

  • The game isn’t working properly.

We are sorry to hear that. First try restarting the game. If this does not work, delete and reinstall the game and contact us.

  • I lost my game progress.

Our games use your cloud account to save your progress. When you reinstall the game, a pop-up window will ask you to restore your progress. If tap Yes then your progress data should be download to your game.

About IAPs

  • Who processes in-app purchases?

We do NOT process payments for in-app purchases, and we do not have access to your credit card information. Payment transactions are completed through app store via your account. All payment processes are made by Third parties and subject to the third parties terms.

  • How do I turn on / off the option to make in-app purchases?

You can control purchases on your device in a few ways:

  1. If children in your family sharing group have their own devices, use Ask to Buy to screen and approve their purchase request.
  2. If you let children use your device, you can set your device require a password for every purchase.
  3. You can also turn off in-app purchases entirely using Screen Time on your own device or a child’s device.
  • How do I get a refund for in-app purchase?

Our in-app purchases are generally non-refundable. But there might be exceptions. Because all the in-app purchases are completed through the App Store, so you will need to talk to the support team.
